Carribean Gas Corp, Cutler Bay—

Multiple rodent baits were found placed loosely, without protective bait stations, under and around premises, including beneath shelving units and in the back room between boxes of packaged beverages. COS, operator was advised to immediately remove all loose baits from premises. x

Living Water Snow Cones and More, Lakeland—

Retail area- unknown liquid rodent bait is exposed under a pallet of 2 liter drinks and not in an approved tamper resistant bait station. COS- employee removed the open container of liquid pesticide into a garbage bag that was taken to dumpster outside. x

Racetrac #2402, Sarasota—

Outside area- rodent bait stations in the back of the store have dislocated / open tops exposing the rodent poison. Cos- covered by inspector during the inspection. x

Taqueria Michoacana Y El Cora, Babson Park—

Retail, back and food service areas- rat bait pellets scattered on the floor underneath the counters, in non food storage cabinets and on the floor underneath some retail display shelves and along the walls. COS- instructions given and all observed rat bait pellets were swept up and discarded by person in charge. x

Super K Food Mart, Hudson—

Retail Area: Rodent glue traps stored directly under pre packaged food. Spring trap stored directly above pre packaged food. COS: All traps were voluntarily removed and discarded in trash. Area cleaned and sanitized. x
