Florida DBPR — Division of Hotels and Restaurants

  • Health inspections: Routine, complaint, callback, and licensing inspections for food service and lodging establishments
  • Violation records: Individual violation codes with severity classification (high priority, intermediate, basic)
  • Emergency closures: Orders to cease operations due to imminent public health threats, including closure reason and reopening time
  • Facility licensing: Business name, address, license number, owner, facility type
  • Prior business names: Historical DBA names linked to the same license number

The Division operates 7 regional enforcement offices: Miami (Doral), Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Panama City Beach, and Fort Myers.

  • Fire safety violations: Life safety and fire code violations found during state fire inspections of food establishments
  • Inspection details: Inspection type, disposition, citation codes, inspector observations, and legal basis text
  • Inspector identification: Inspector name when available in state records
