Our Listing Policy

FloridaFoodSafety.org only lists active food service establishments with documented inspection records from the Florida DBPR. We do not list:

Permanently closed establishments
Facilities with no inspection history on record
Historical-only records with no active license

This policy ensures every page on our site represents a real, currently operating food service establishment that has been evaluated by state inspectors — giving readers current, actionable information rather than outdated or incomplete records.
