Dominos Pizza 5168, Fort Pierce—

Meat - active condensation water leak inside display cooler , stop sale order and released issued. Cos - technician was called out during inspection and repaired.

Mexico Market, Homestead—

Meat department - observed ice machine condensation pipe draining into hand wash sink basin. COS, pipe was reconnected to the original main draining system.
