Employee attempted to discard used mop water into food establishment parking lot. Employee and person-in-charge both stated that discarding into the parking lot is the routine process. Inspector intervened and advised the employee to utilize the mop sink for discarding used mop water. COS: Employee discarded used mop water in mop sink.
