Service Area/Warewashing Area: During the sanitizing step, utensils were immersed in sanitizer solution for approximately five seconds by employee. Container of quaternary sanitizer instructed for the utensils to be immersed for one minute. COS: Proper washing, rinsing and sanitizing procedures were discussed with the food establishment's management. Utensils were properly sanitized. COS: Ice machines were washed, rinsed and sanitized during the inspection. Service Area: There was buildup of dust and old food debris on guide rail of orange juicer machine. COS: Juicer was washed, rinsed and sanitized during the inspection.

Domino's #3142, Palm Coast—

Deli: Employee washed and rinsed a pair of tongs and placed the tongs in sanitizer solution for 2-3 seconds. Upon reading the directions on the sanitizer bottle the time needed for sanitation is one minute. COS: Manager directed employee to place tongs at warewash area. Employee procured a clean set of tongs.

Kitchen: Clean utensils were placed in santizer for less than the required manufacturer's instructions of one minute. Per employee, utensils were placed in sanitizer for 30 seconds before being removed. COS: Utensils were placed back in sanitizer for the correct contact time. x

Warewashing Area: Employee placed washed and rinsed utensils in sanitizer solution for shorter than the needed two minute contact time according to manufacturer's instructions. COS: Employee was instructed to sanitize the utensils properly. Y x
