Bakery Area: Single service boxes from packaged meat used to store unpackaged baked rolls. COS: Rolls voluntarily removed and placed in plastic lined container.

Galafresh Farms, Lake Worth—

Bakery: Used pint size plastic containers stored on drying rack at three-compartment sink after washing. COS: Items discarded.

Deland Shop and Smile LLC, Deland—

Food service: Tilapia skinless fillets bag used to store raw bacon for food service. COS: bag of bacon stored improperly in Tilapia bag was voluntarily discarded under citation 97.
