Retail: Multiple miscellaneous dry food products that were taken form the original containers and packaged for retail sales not labeled with the common name of the product, address, ingredients or weight of the product. COS All food product with out proper labels was label accordingly during the inspection. Meat department and retail sales: meat and food products package at the establishment had the wrong address on the label. COS Labels were corrected during the inspection. x

Ez Lane 3, Callaway—

Outside: approximately 50 bags of ice package at the establishment observed without proper label to include the name of the store, address, and phone number. Ice bags were voluntary destroyed.

Dona Orlanda Tortas Y Tacos, Dade City—

Retail area: Entity selling bag of ice with no label. COS: Employee labeled the product. x

Cheers Craft Beer & Wine, Jacksonville—

Retail : Ice bagged on-site not labeled with manufacturer, packer, or shipper. COS : Labels applied during inspection. x
