Overview

This Dunkin Donuts location in Sebring experienced significant food safety enforcement in August 2024 but has since achieved full compliance. A stop-sale order issued August 22, 2024 required the destruction of adulterated time/temperature control food due to improper hot holding temperatures, and a simultaneous stop-use order removed unsanitary equipment from service after the inspector documented food-contact surfaces that were not properly cleaned. The August 2024 inspection that triggered these orders cited 13 violations across multiple categories: a food probe thermometer with dried food residue in the deli area, ready-to-eat deli meats (ham, corned beef, roast beef) stored beyond the 7-day limit, and damaged canned goods and exposed flour in the retail area. All violations were corrected on site during the inspection. Since that enforcement action, the facility has passed three consecutive focused inspections—July 30, 2025, September 4, 2025, and most recently January 22, 2026—with zero violations documented, indicating sustained compliance correction.
