Overview

El Toque Latin Restaurant in Orlando has 21 inspections on record spanning from at least 2023 to January 2025, with a combined 196 violations, averaging 9.3 violations per inspection—nearly double the statewide average of 5.2. The facility operates at Risk Level 2 with 20 seats and is licensed for both permanent food service and hemp product designation. Most violations documented across the inspection history appear to be intermediate (Pf) and basic (C) level findings rather than high-priority (P) closures, though the high overall violation count indicates systemic compliance challenges. The most recent inspections in early 2023 included a focused inspection for hemp permit designation and a routine inspection noting incomplete permit application processing with a documented intermediate-priority violation for lack of written cleanup procedures for emergency events. The most recent inspection on file (January 3, 2023) closed with incomplete application status pending full permit fee payment.
