Bj's Wholesale Club # 0091, Cutler Bay—

Bakery - Rolling rack of croissants found uncovered near oven. COS, rolling rack was covered during inspection.

Wawa # 5354, Deltona—

Food Processing Area: Bread used to make sandwiches stored on wet cutting board that was wiped with sanitizer wipe before one minute had elapsed. Sanitizer instructions state food contact surface must remain wet for at least one minute before allowing to air dry. COS: Bread was voluntarily discarded.

Retail: Cleaning products displayed directly over ready to eat products on shelf by register. COS ready to eat products moved to approved location during visit. x

Meat Area: Deli ham stored unwrapped inside reach-in cooler next to slicer. COS: Ham was wrapped during inspection. x

Kitchen: Pans of food on counter, no sneeze guard for protection. The person in charge has the sneeze guards, they are awaiting on install. o
