In order to release Stop Use Order placed on All Food Processing, Equipment, and Utensils, a three compartment sink/warewash sink must be installed that can accommodate the largest piece of equipment/utensil with hot and cold water under pressure that is dispensed through a mixing valve or combination faucet. In order to release the Stop Use Orders on the Ice Machine, Slushee Machine, Toaster Oven, Coffee Machine, and Food Contact Utensils, a three compartment sink/warewash sink that meets requirements must be installed and the items must be properly cleaned once the sink has been verified by an inspector. Visit conducted in response to request #5118710. Guidance documents provided via email: Employee Health Guidelines and Reporting Agreement, 5K-4.034 Hemp Extract for Human Consumption, 5K-4.030 Kratom Products, Dishwashing Manual, Guidance for Written Procedures for the Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events, website of accredited certified food protection manager certification providers, Food Establishment Minimum Construction Standards. This food establishment was found to be operating beyond the scope of their food permit. If applicable, the Food Establishment shall remit payment of the appropriate permit fee within 10 days.
