Comments: Focused inspection conducted onsite. Inspector went to establishment to personally explain again how to obtain an approved water source and what form to utilize for approval. An additional interagency form was provided and address of the Suwannee County Health Department was provided. Inspector also spoke to an additional co-owner on the phone reiterating these directions for water source approval.
