Comments: A 30 day notice is given to food establishment have mop sink's waste drainage plumbing connected to the septic system. Food establishment may call our business center at 850-245-5520 to request to have inspector check back prior to the 30 days given for compliance check. Failure to repair the mop sink within 30 days may result in an administrative action being taken. Request# 5094285. Initial inspection conducted.
