Retail- Two cans of corn were found with damage located on the sealed edge. COS- The corn was voluntarily discarded.

Deli/Kitchen Hot holding case- Teriyaki Chicken, Potato Wedges, Chicken Strips, Chicken Wings, Yucca Fries, Plantains were all found held in the hot holding case for less than two hours with internal temperatures of 105-134 degrees F. as measured using an accurate, calibrated thermometer. COS- Teriyaki Chicken was voluntarily discarded. All other items were reheated to 165 degrees F. and witnessed by the inspector.
