Comments: This check-back inspection conducted to verify compliance of food safety citations observed during previous inspection. The compliance issues that required a Check-Back have been resolved and this food establishment has Met Inspection Requirements. Visit reveal: * Establishment has provided a conveniently located hand wash sink with hot and cold running water and proper drainage to the retail drink counter. NOTE: No hand wash sink provided to the food service area next to the kitchen, both doors have been removed so the food service employees can enter the kitchen to wash their hands without contamination. Hand wash sink and hand washing for this area was discuss with the person in charge. If at any time during future inspection proper hand washing by food service employees is not observed in the food service area, a hand wash sink will be required to be install in this area.
