Retail area: Smoked sausage per handling instructions to cook to an internal temperature of 160F degrees stored above ready to eat hot dogs, ready to eat smoked sausage, raw Boudin stored above ready to eat smoked sausage, raw bacon above ready to eat ham, in the customers reach in cold open air cooler. COS Cooler was rearranged with all raw food items moved under ready to eat food items.
