COS- person in charge had food employee clean and sanitize the interior of the grinder again and food employee also cleaned and sanitized the cutting board and cutting board table during inspection and equipment was re-checked and found to be cleaned and sanitized. x

COS- person in charge had food employee set up sanitizer solution in the 3 compartment sink at proper strength that was checked using a chlorine sanitizer test strip and food employee sanitized the container and all the other utensils and food equipment that had cleaned at the sink that was air drying on the drain table. x
