Comments: Failure to provide hot water in 30 days may result in Administrative Action. 30 days notice given to food establishment to have hot water available at the hand wash sink in the employee restroom. Food establishment may call our business center at 850-245-5520 to request to have inspector check back prior to the 30 days given for compliance check. 90 days notice given to food entity to either put up partition walls blocking off the processing area from customers that are walking through the area to access the public restroom or not allow customers access to the restroom.

Retail area- packages of raw whole chicken stored next to packages of raw beef on the cooler display shelf. COS- person in charge placed a divider between the raw chicken and raw beef packages. x

Meat area- a recently cleaned and sanitized meat grinder still had meat residue on the paddle assembly in the unit and a cutting board table still had meat residue on the table, and the cleaned cutting board was placed on the unclean table. COS- person in charge had food employee clean and sanitize the interior of the grinder again and food employee also cleaned and sanitized the cutting board and cutting board table during inspection and equipment was re-checked and found to be cleaned and sanitized. x

Meat area- plastic food container observed being washed at the 3 compartment sink but not sanitized before placing the container on the table to air dry. COS- person in charge had food employee set up sanitizer solution in the 3 compartment sink at proper strength that was checked using a chlorine sanitizer test strip and food employee sanitized the container and all the other utensils and food equipment that had cleaned at the sink that was air drying on the drain table. x
