A February 2024 inspection identified 13 violations, including a high-priority temperature control violation: chopped romaine lettuce was found at 56°F and shredded Mexican mix cheese at 52°F in a topping container with melted ice, both well above the 41°F maximum for cold-held foods. The person in charge voluntarily destroyed the affected product under inspector supervision.
