COS- deli manager reheated all 3 items, temperatures taken again, all were over 165 degrees F and the food was placed back into the unit for service; hot hold unit's thermostat was turned up to the correct setting. Food service area- crock pot of Cajun-styled flavored boiled peanuts had internal temperature taken of 129 degrees F. COSperson in charge voluntarily discarded the boiled peanuts due to amount of time that they had been in the unit. x
