and conducted a Focused Inspection. Owner stated that he cannot seem to get in touch with the local Department of Health and
schedule an appointment. I gave him a contact number and the physical address to the DOH in Sanford He stated he would visit
them today and try to schedule an appointment to have septic / well inspected by the department. He stated he would reach out to
me once he has the DOH scheduled to inspected his septic and well.
