Deli Area - Observed raw chicken stored above raw fish inside walk in cooler. Raw fish was properly relocated inside the walk in cooler. x

Deli Area - Observed reddish debris accumulation on ice chute of drive through soda machine. COS - Ice chute was properly washed , rinsed, sanitized and checked by inspector.

Deli Area - Observed scoop with no handle inside flour bin. Discussed with management. COS - Scoop was removed from service and discarded. An additional scoop was obtained for proper use during the inspection.
