No hot water available at all of the hand washing sinks and 3 compartment sink. No food service processing or dispensing of exposed food while under stop use order. Please call our business center as stated in the comments for inspector check back for a release from the stop use orders. Request# 5152781. Initial inspection conducted for new owner of the food entity at this location address. No time and temperature for food safety prepackaged food products are being sold during this inspection and person in charge stated that they are not carrying prepackaged food that would require to be cold held at or under 41 degrees F. Food entity is retailing hemp extract products. Employee Health Guidelines and reporting agreement provided. Failure to provide hot water in 30 days may result in Administrative Action.
