The reach in condiment cooler that was issued the stop-use order was observed containing containers of sliced cheese, ham, sliced tomatoes, cut lettuce, and a gallon of milk. Employee stated the food items were placed in the reach in condiment cooler this morning 02/10/25 around 7:30AM to check if the reach in condiment cooler was maintaining an ambient temperature of 41 deg F or less. Reach in condiment cooler is not maintaining ambient temperature of 41 deg F or less. Original Stop-use order remains in effect from 01/28/2025.
