The handwashing sink located in the Front Food Service Area is being accepted as the handwashing sink for the Donut Front Food Service Area. There is no door, and the entry to the back area must remain unobstructed. If handwashing violations are observed on future visits, the Department may require the installation of an additional handwashing sink for the cold holding food service area. Payments can be made online at https://foodpermit.fdacs.gov or can be mailed to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, P.O. Box 6720, Tallahassee FL 32314-6720. Checks and money orders are to be payable to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
