Current bagged ice lab report dated 9/16/24 was reviewed and results are acceptable.

Cartons of raw shelled eggs stored on reach in cooler display shelf above packages of ready to eat various ready to eat food packages. Meat area- meat grinder has old dried on meat residue buildup on food contact surfaces and there is strong foul odor emanating from the unit between the housing and attached auger head, grinder unit is not being broken down properly and all food contact surfaces are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized properly.
