Exterior: Lift station giving audible alarm. Liquid waste in puddles on ground in grass area between store building and drive through area. COS: Multiple contractors arrived on site during inspection. System was cleaned and emptied during inspection. Pumps were adjusted/repaired/cleaned during inspection. Pumps were active and working by end of inspection. A Supplemental Report was also issued during the visit which includes important information for management.
