Back area- a case of Papetti pre-cooked scrambled eggs is open and exposed in the walk-in freezer. Pizza Prep area- open pizza crusts and pre-cooked fried eggs are stored uncovered in the pizza prep area refrigeration drawers.

Retail area- the doors under the soda fountains are stuck with sticky soda residues. The inside of the storage cabinets have a lot of spillage residues. The floors (accessible from the back room) have an accumulation of dirt and grime under the soda, tea and frozen drink machines.
