A voice mail with the inspector contact information was left on each call but no reply has been received yet. An email was also sent to the business on 02/23/22 at 8:31, on 05/24/22 at 3:37 PM, and on 05/24/22 at 3:38 PM with the attempt to coordinate a routine inspection visit but no reply has been received yet. Owner of Commercial kitchen was contacted on 07/06/22 and on 09/07/22 to verified if entity is actively operating on the commercial kitchen. Owner of commercial kitchen confirmed that entity is actively operating at the kitchen and stated that a text message was sent to Alexandra Lee to remind her to contact inspector Jannet Crisostomo, but no response has been received from entity yet.
