Build up of old dough residue, old food colorings specifically red, yellow and green, and cobwebs observed on your small dough mixer. COS: Machine taken apart, cleaned and painted. 3. Old food residue observed on utensils, and equipments post sanitation procedures. cos: equipments re-cleaned 4. The following observations were noted: 1. Several cast iron pots were encrusted with an extremely thick black residue. Visibly Old food residue was also observed on several pots post sanitation procedures. Repeat observation from inspection conducted Jan 15, 2021. COS: During inspection on 04.24.23 FE stated pots were removed to be professionally cleaned. 2. Old food residue was observed on the knobs and levers of your dough mixers, and dough sheeter 3. A baking tray containing utensils were stored on top of an overflowing trash receptacle. Repeat observation from inspection conducted Jan 15, 2021. cos: trash receptacle removed 4. Grocery Store Plastic Bag Was Used To Cover Dough Balls For Farsi Puri left open exposed when the inspector walked in. COS: dough voluntarily discarded. 3. Blue container containing WIP dough stored directly on the floor of your process room open exposed. COS: container covered and removed4.
