Deli area- heavy ice accumulation along the back wall above the pizza toppings bar of the pizza prep cooler unit. Retail area- reach in cooler display part of the walk in cooler has dried milk residue on some display shelves.

Pair of cloth gloves used by employees stored on on top of a case of drinks on storage shelf outside the retail area walk in cooler. COS- food employees removed the personal articles from the wholesome food storage shelvings and placed in the proper storage location for employee belongings/food.
