Comments: Bureau request# 5097161. I have verified that the food entity is still operating and still under the same corporation/owner for the food establishment. Routine inspection conducted. No hand wash sink installed in the new cake decorating area, other hand wash sink in bakery area is not convenient for food employee use. A 30 day notice is given to food establishment have a hand wash sink installed. Sink must be properly installed/plumbed to the septic system and have hot and cold running water available at the sink. Food establishment may call our business center at 850-245-5520 to request to have inspector check back prior to the 30 days given for compliance check. Failure to install a hand wash sink within 30 days may result in an administrative action being taken.
