Food establishment will be processing and dispensing Herbalife products such as smoothies, teas, various beverages, and waffles and also prepackaged Herbalife meal bars and snacks. Water/sewer bill attached to entity details. Grand opening is this week. Employee Health Guidelines and reporting agreement provided.
