Deli personnel stated that they were placed into the hot case within the last 60 minutes. COS - Wings were adequately reheated to 168 and 165 degrees F and placed into the satellite hot case for retail sale.

Checks and money orders are to be payable to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
