Comments: This check-back inspection conducted to verify compliance of food safety citations observed during previous inspection. Discussed with Matt McCreless Manager Pasteurized canned crab meat haccp plan transportation documentation and receiving practices. Mr McCreless states that Southern Seafood is currently receiving canned crab meat via refrigerated truck with temp tale recording devices accompanying shipment. Facility is able to provide transportation records that show refrigerated product was transported under proper refrigeration. Mr. McCreless states that someone that works at this facility on a daily basis will take haccp training .
