Comments: The inspection that is the subject of this report is a focused inspection by the Department to determine the Food Establishment’s compliance with Emergency Rule 5KER25-6. Comments: This food establishment was found to be operating with an expired food permit. To renew a food permit, visit https://foodpermit.fdacs.gov or contact the Business Center at 850-245-5520. This focused visit is in result of Final Order (Case No. B49223) for Posting "CLOSED FOR OPERATION" sign on this business in accordance with section 500.121(5), F.S. Removing or defacing a closed-for-operation sign or continuing operation as a food establishment is a misdemeanor of the second degree. The Department may impose additional administrative sanctions for violation of this law. Comments: The original Stop-Use Order issued on 5/6/24 remains in effect for the retail walk in cooler, Stop Use Order issued on 6/6/24, for food service, ware washing sink, all food service utensils and coffee machine remains in effect. Stop sale order issued on 6/6/24 remains in effect for all pickled products and hot coffee. Failure to comply with the request for written release may or will result in Administrative Action.
