This focused visit is in result of Final Order (Case No. B49223) for Posting "CLOSED FOR OPERATION" sign on this business in accordance with section 500.121(5), F.S. Removing or defacing a closed-for-operation sign or continuing operation as a food establishment is a misdemeanor of the second degree. The Department may impose additional administrative sanctions for violation of this law.
