The Inspector walked through warehouses and found no new evidence of droppings. The Food establishment removed 30% of the unused equipment and planning to do more by contracting an external company. Food Establishment is working with Massey (a Pest Control company) to get the problem under control. Pest Control records reviewed with Mr. Fraizer from Jan. 2023-March 2023. - Consultation Provided. The Inspector will return in 10 Business Days. This Focused Inspection is being conducted to document a verbal conversation to help assist the food establishment with compliance of recent food safety observations and continuing issues.
