Retail Area: A package of sliced American cheese displayed inside the Grab & Go deli open-air cooler was found with an internal temperature of 44 degrees F when checked with an accurate probe thermometer. A package of sliced watermelons stored inside the produce open-air cooler was found with an internal temperatures between 43 - 44 degrees F. Multiple packages of raw eggs, suero (sour cream), and queso frijolero (white grated cheese) stored inside the dairy open-air cooler were found with internal temperatures between 45 - 56 degrees F. COS: Raw eggs were moved to the proper location during the inspection. All food items were voluntarily discarded by management during the inspection. Stop sale order and release issued.
