Back of house deli area: Food service employee washed hands as the oven timer went off and proceeded to move things ou of her way from the oven and some trash fell out of the can as she moved it with her foot and she bent down and picked up the trash and then walked towards the oven to turn off timer and to take temps of food in the oven with thermometer in hand. COS. Food service employee was stopped before she could get to the oven handle and asked to stop and wash her hands before continuing to what she was doing
