Comments: A check-back will be conducted on or about 30 days to verify installation of a mop sink. A mop sink is to be installed within 30 days or a Re-Inspection Required will be issued. The three compartment sink is currently installed outside out of the establishment in unenclosed area, establishment will be given 30 days to come into compliance or a Stop Use Order on all processing, equipment, and utensils will be issued. Please contact the Business Center at (850) 245-5520 when corrections have been made.
