Specifically, observed that establishment did not registered as a food facility with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). o 117.20(b) Citation Description: Shatter-resistant light bulbs, lighting fixtures, skylights, or glass suspended over exposed food in any step of preparation not provided. 21 CFR 117.20(b)(5) Observation: Specifically, observed multiple light bulbs without shield protection in the staging area in front of walk-in cooler 1. This is a repeat violation from the report from the previous inspection conducted on 10/08/2021.
