Retail area: Sushi packages including California roll, cream cheese roll-imitation crab, spicy roll tuna, spicy grilled salmon roll and super marina plate prepared at 8:00 - 9:00 am displayed inside open cooler and available for consumer self service found with internal temperatures between 43-48 degrees F at 11:30 am when checked with an accurate probe thermometer. COS: All sushi packages were moved to freezer to cooled down and verified during visit. x
