If the hand wash sink is not installed in the allotted time a Stop Use will be issued for food service at the front of the store. If the hand wash sink is installed before the allotted time, contact the Tallahassee office at 850-245-5520 to request an inspection. Demonstrated how to calibrate the probe thermometer and provided food labeling hand-out.
