The compliance issues that required a Re-inspection have been resolved and this food establishment has Met Inspection Requirements.

Retail Area: Packages of Skirt steak cooling inside the meat open-air cooler and available for consumer self-service, had internal temperatures between 43-45 degrees F. COS: All food items were removed from consumer reach and placed inside walk-in cooler to cooled down during the visit. x
