I visited the store and checked the hand wash sink in the restroom and they now have hot water plumbed to the hand wash sink, a hot water heater unit was installed in the restroom. No further action needed.

Comments: This is a check back for a 30 days notice to have hot water available at the hand wash sink in the restroom. I checked the sink and they do not have hot water available, person in charge stated that the landlord was unavailable in Texas and due to miscommunication, the hot water unit has not been installed yet at the sink. Supervisor was consulted and food entity was granted a week extension to have hot water available at the hand wash sink in the restroom. Adminstrative action will be taken if food entity is not in compliance within time extension that has been granted.
