I visited the food entity for 30 day check back after being unable to reach the food entity by phone, contact phone number for the store itself was added to entity details. Produce display cooler unit was empty during visit, produce cooler's temperature taken was 39.2 degrees F. Person in charge stated that they are waiting on doors to be installed on the cooler to help maintain the cold holding temperature for perishable food products below 41 degrees F.
