Comments: This Focused Inspection is being conducted offsite to document a verbal conversation to follow up on Pending Supplement and to set up a routine acidified food inspection.

Comments: Consultation visit with food establishment management. Product (flavored tea) placed under Stop Sale on 09/16/2021 (8 pallets) still present and remain under stop sale. Stop Use placed on 05/04/2023 remains under stop use. Trainee present during inspection. All violations verified by primary inspector.
