Specifically, observed product label of zucchini bread missing manufacturer address and net weight of product. This is repeat violation from the report for the previous inspection conducted on July 20, 2020. Corrected onsite, operator obtained adequate test strips during the course of the inspection x 117.35(b)(2) Citation Description: Toxic cleaning compounds, sanitizing agents, or pesticide chemicals not properly identified, held or stored in a manner that protects against contamination of food, food-contact surfaces, or food-packaging materials. 21 CFR 117.35(b)(2) Observation: Specifically, observed bottle of isopropyl alcohol in shelf next to bottles of spices. Similarly, in same area observed 1 bulk container holding shredded coconut lacking label. Corrected onsite, operator adequately labeled said bulk containers. x 117.93 Citation Description: Storage and transportation of food, including ingredients, not under conditions that will protect against allergen cross-contact and against biological, chemical (including radiological), and physical contamination of food, as well as against deterioration of the food and the container. 21 CFR 117.93 Observation: Specifically, observed 1 box of almond flour stored directly on the floor near the front exit door.
