Opened product may be stored in warehouse cooler. Repacked product may also be stored under refrigeration in the walk in cooler. Should repacking be conducted in the warehouse it may result in administrative action and or a potential recall. Management is looking for a scientific study to support the safety of repackaging shelf stable pepperoncinis and will email information to inspector Pamela Frederickson. [email protected]. Until information is reviewed there will be no repacking of shelf stable pepperoncinis.
