Food entity does not meet county/ municipal requirements before the limited egg and poultry permit can be issued. The owner is doing dressed poultry only and the farm's processing facility does not have potable running water; the well on the property is not a regulated, permitted well system; there is no septic system for the waste that is generated in the processing facility; and there is no electricity on the property other than a portable small generator. The processing facility for dressed poultry must be enclosed and requires a hand wash sink, a 3 compartment sink and refrigeration unit that maintains temperature at or below 41 degrees F. The plumbing of the 3 compartment sink and the hand wash sink must have hot and cold running water and waste drainage for the sinks must be plumbed to the septic system. Owner must comply with these requirements before a limited poultry and egg permit can be issued.
